Clark Francis
E-Sports Managing Director
Clark Francis has been known as one of Dubai’s premier Tennis Coaches for over 20 years. A committed professional with a consummate passion for the game Clark instinctively understands children’s needs and requirements (he has 5 of his own!!!!) thus making CF Tennis and E-Sports a collection of very special academies for youngsters and adults alike.
Clark took over the management of E Sports in 2005,when it was solely a soccer programme. E-Sports now boasts to offer 24 different activities at over 20 venues throughout the city!!!
His dream is to operate competitive sports across the city to children of every ability---every child deserves the right to compete against likeminded and similar ability participants –not only the elite.
Clark himself has played Junior Wimbledon Tennis, semi professional soccer in the UK, INTERNATIONAL volleyball for England and plays golf from a 3 handicap!!
He possesses a degree in Education from Birmingham University and is in the business of getting the most from people.

Gareth Mordey
E-Sports General Manager
Gareth played Badminton and Cricket to County Standard but it was Football that was the real passion. At 17 years old Gareth signed a professional contract at Sunderland Football Club in the English Premier League. Whilst in Football he passed his FA coaching basic license and achieved a degree in Sports Science and has since been invited to partake in the UEFA advanced 'A' license. Since his football career came to a premature end, Gareth has worked with a number of top sports companies including PB international Sports Agency, Sunderland Football Club (coach), Darlington Football Club (coach), Professional Footballers Association (match analysist).
To enrich his sporting knowledge Gareth has visited a number of leading sports companies and Football Clubs to see how they work including Ajax, Sporting Lisborn and Manchester United.
Since moving to Dubai in October 2005 Gareth has worked for E-Sports Dubai Football Academy (DFA) where he held the position of Academy Director. E-Sports DFA now coaches 1000's of children at over 25 venues throughout and helped it become the leading sports company in the region. As well as developing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi E-Sports DFA has now expanded into Muscat, Oman, managing the Omanoil Football School. Gareth has since taken up the position of General Manager at E-Sports. This involves managing the day to day operations as well as developing the business side of E-Sports to enable it to continue to set the standards for sport in the GCC.

Kerrie O’ Reilly
E-Sports Business Co-ordinator
Kerrie is E-Sport’s Business Co-ordinator. She is involved in all aspects of the business working alongside all Sports Head of departments, and other areas such as Sales and Marketing, Business Development, IT etc. Kerrie manages multiple projects at a time and ensures deadlines are met with positive outcomes. As Business Co-ordinator Kerrie is involved in evaluating current processes and suggesting opportunity for progression, when appropriate. She’s involved in planning, directing, and coordinating tasks to ensure the goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with prescribed priorities, timelines, and other conditions.
Kerrie studied Information Technology and Programming in Dublin, Ireland (her hometown). She then spent 5 years in Sydney, Australia working in the IT field where she progressed to IT Manager, managing an IT Department and over 500 computer systems. She then returned to Dublin, where she moved out of IT and worked solely in Business Management. Kerrie has a keen interest in sports and fitness, “Working for E-Sports has given me the opportunity to use my skills in an industry that I love, one of the many reasons working for E-Sports is so enjoyable”.

Shamsudheen
E-sports Finance Manager
Shamsudheen imparts functional expertise gained in the area of accounting to lead teams towards the attainment of growth and profitability. His role at E-Sports includes the following:
- Carry out the accounts and finance functions.
- Plan and develop monthly budgets along with projected balance sheet, P & L a/c, cash flow statements and critical analysis statement for the company.
- Perusal of routine transaction of the company to check adherence to internal control systems.
- Control overall financial transaction of the company.
- Compile accounts to support audit in line with international accounting standards and liaison with auditors for account finalization.
- Prepare various MIS reports.
- Working and developing new projects

Marlyn Atejera
E-Sports Accounts Assistant
Marlyn Assists the Finance Manager in directing all accounting and financial systems development through implementation of control and reporting system to adequately monitor and provide financial insight into business operations. Her role includes the following activities:
- Data Entry in ERP System
- Documentation and filing
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Assisting to preparing various reports
- Prepared monthly / quarterly expense analysis spreadsheet

Terry Kidd
E-Sports Football Academy Director
Terry is a former professional footballer of Aberdeen Football Club spending 9 years with the club progressing through the youth development squads to school boy level then signing on a pro contract where he captained the youth team to Scottish Youth Cup success at Hampden Park beating Celtic F.C 2-0 in the SYCF (Scottish youth cup final).
AT his time at A.F.C ( Aberdeen F.C) Terry also represented the 1st team reserve 11 where he faced top stars such as Stillian Petrov now of Aston Villa, James Mcfadden of Birmingham and Sean Malloney of Celtic during his time at the club.After Terry’s spell at A.F.C he gained his SFA qualifications to enable him to become part of the Aberdeen F.C Football in the community network and eventually took over the position of Head Coach in the Aberdeenshire area of Scotland. After 3 years with the A.F.C development team Terry made the move to Dubai where he was approached by E-Sports DFA to bolster and improve the Football department as a whole by adding his valuable experience and knowledge of the game to the programmes on offer at DFA.
After 2 and a half years with E-Sports DFA Terry has seen himself become Head Coach of what is the now the Biggest and most popular Football Academy in the GCC.Terry has developed a reputation as one of the most popular Football coaches in the region with his ability to deliver quality sessions to kids of ages 4-17 years, this is a fantastic example of his talent as a coach and more importantly his knowledge and understanding of children of all ages.Terry has now undertaken the role of Academy Director where he is responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the Academy and also developing the overall department.

Andrei Thompson
Camp Diirector \ Football Coach
Andrei is from Manchester, United Kingdom and has been active in sports from a young age. Andrei represented his county by playing football at schoolboy level. Andrei continued his progression through football by signing a professional contract. Once Andrei stopped playing football professionally he went to University of Salford and studied Exercise & Health Sciences.
Andrei went on to work for Manchester City Council as a Sports Coach/ Behavior Mentor. This role involved working with the government implementing strategies on dealing with children from less privileged backgrounds. He has also studied child management and Behavior issues.
Andrei moved to Dubai to broaden his horizons and experience different cultures. Andrei coaches football, runs the Adult Football League, a competition designed for footballers of all standards to come and compete and have fun.
He is also our Camp Manager for Holiday Camps where we provide sports programs for children to engage in during school holidays.
Andrei loves woking with Kids "The development of today’s children will help shape tomorrows world! Working with children in sports is the best job in the world! ” .
