Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm up, cardio workout and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape, burn calories, and blitz body fat then Cardio Tennis is for you !! The class consists of a sequence of tennis drills covering every square inch of the court plus stations where participants work on footwork exercises, strength exercises or developing core stability. All stations are designed to increase your heart rate and improve your overall fitness! This class is suitable for everyone, whether you are an avid player or if you have never played tennis before in your life. Morning Classes begin this Wednesday and will take place every Wednesday Morning at 8.30am at the Aviation Club.
Evening classes take place on Tuesdays at 6.45pm at the Aviation Club.
