This November GB Coach Bill Furness is bringing his group, Nova Centurion, based in Nottingham out to train for 10 days alongside Hamilton Aquatics. One of the Athletes in this group is Rebecca Adlington who won Gold in the 400m Freestyle and the 800m Freestyle in a World Record Time at the Beijing Olympics 2008, Rebecca also won 3 Gold’s at the Manchester World Short Course Championships in 2008 and Medaled at this years World Championships in Rome. Also in this group is Hannah Miley, World Championship finalist.
